Dan I sold the saw a while back. There was a post on here about a month ago from a guy that had some extension wings to sell. He didn't leave a email but his name was Philip Lesniewski. Not a very common name so a google search might turn up some contact info for him.

I have also seen them show up on Ebay every now and then.

Good luck,
Shane

Phillip,

I no longer have this saw but I get emails all the time from ppl looking for the extension tables.

If you could email me (click on the contact link above) your email address or post it here and how much you are asking for them then I can pass on the info the next time I get asked.

Thanks,
Shane

1950s Craftsman 8 Inch Table Saw

Did you ever find the cast iron table extension? I am looking for one myself. I have the same table saw and about to start cleaning it up and using it again. I will need a new fence since when I bought it it didn't have one. Any recommendations on a fence?

Craftsman Saw

Simply outstanding work. I redid one of these for an old friend of mine. It started out gray and stayed that way. Fun project and it turned out OK. Thanks for posting your site on OWWM.

I have received many emails asking what color I used for the saw. To be honest with ya I don't know. When I dismantled the saw one of the legs had very good paint on the inside of it where two sections of the legs overlapped each other. I took that to an auto paint store and had them scan it with a digital paint scanner and then they custom mixed up a few cans a paint. The receipt they gave me has no color code on it .. sorry, but I'm sure you could do the same thing at your auto paint store.

Good luck,
Shane
